Day 02: Delhi
On the second day of your India Wildlife Temple Tour, you will go on a sightseeing tour of Delhi with an Indian Horizon guide. Drive along the famous Rajpath, Vijay Chowk, India Gate, President’s House and the Parliament House. Qutab Minar, Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat and Birla Mandir are some other places worth visiting during sightseeing in Delhi. Enjoy shopping in the Chandni Chowk and Karol Bagh. Return to the hotel later for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi – Satna
Today you will spend the morning at leisure and the get transferred to the railway station to board the Mahakoshal Express for Satna. Have an overnight train journey.
Day 04: Satna – Bandhavgarh
Arrive at Satna and drive towards Bandhavgarh National Park. Arrive at Bandhavgarh and check in at the resort. Set up in the Vindhyan Ranges, Bandhavgarh National Park is a home to a white tigers and other animal species like sambar deer, barking deer, blue bull and Indian bisbon. Have an overnight stay at Bandhavgarh.
Day 05: Bandhavgarh National Park
Post breakfast enjoy going on game viewing at Bandhavgarh National Park, also known as a Tiger Reserve. A safari in the Bandhavgarh Park lets you see different animals and bird species like the Chinkaras, Nilgai, Python, Black Kite, Fowl, Dove and so on. In the park you will see Sal forest all around. Day 06: Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho
Begin the 6th day of your India Wildlife Temple Tour with a 6 to 7 hrs drive to Khajuraho, known for famous temples and erotic sculptures. Originally there were 85 temples at Khajuraho but now only 22 exist. Arrive at Khajuraho and check in at the hotel.
Day 07: Khajuraho
Today you will walk around the temple complex in the vicinity of your hotel in Khajuraho. You will then explore all the three types of temple groups, namely, Western, Eastern and Southern Groups. Let yourself be enchanted watching the erotic sculptures carved on the walls of these temples of Khajuraho. Then have an overnight stay at Khajuraho.
Day 08: Khajuraho – Orchha
In the morning visit, the southern and eastern groups of temples. Do pay a visit at the Parsvanath Temple and Kandariya Mahadev Temple in Khajuraho. In the afternoon proceed towards Orchha, set on the banks of beautiful Betwa River. Arrive at Orchha and check in at the hotel. Day 09: Orchha – Shivpuri

Day 10: Shivpuri – Kota
Today you will go on morning game drive to Kota. Arrive at Kota and check in at the hotel. Visit places like the City Palace and a small museum. Have an overnight stay at Kota.
Day 11: Kota – Ranthambore
Go on a morning drive to Ranthambore, known for its wildlife. Arrive at Ranthambore and check in at the hotel. Have an overnight stay at Ranthambore.
Day 12: Ranthambore
Have fun going on game drives and exploring the wildlife during both morning and evening time at Ranthambore National Park. Have an overnight stay at Ranthambore.
Day 13: Ranthambore – Jaipur
On the 13th day of your India Wildlife Temple Tour, you will go on an early morning game drive in the park. Later in the day proceed for Jaipur – “The Pink City”. Arrive at Jaipur and check in at the hotel. Then go on a city tour with an Indian Horizons guide and visit places like Hawa Mahal or the “Palace of Winds”, City Palace and the Jantar Mantar Observatory built by Jai Singh. Have an overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 14: Jaipur
Post breakfast head towards Amber City to visit the majestic Amber Fort. Enjoy elephant ride on the hill where Amber Fort is situated. Explore the wonderful architecture of temples, apartments and palaces at the Amber Fort. In the afternoon proceed to visit Jaigarh and Nagargarh Forts. Also, visit the Jantar Mantar Observatory. Have an overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 15: Jaipur – Sariska
Today after breakfast you will leave for Sariska by road. Arrive at Sariska and check in at the hotel. In the afternoon go on Jungle Safaris in the park. In the evening enjoy watching folk dance performances. Have an overnight stay in Sariska.
Day 16: Sariska
Enjoy going on morning Jungle Safaris in the Sariska Park. Have an overnight stay at Sariska.
Day 17: Sariska – Bharatpur
On the 17th day of your India Wildlife Temple Tour, you will drive to Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, which is a home to over 350 bird species. Have an overnight stay in Bharatpur.
Day 18: Bharatpur – Agra
In the morning you will visit the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and get to see an array of bird species like herons, ducks, spoonbills and widgeons. Then you will proceed for Agra and on your way visit Fatehpur Sikri, the Mughal city, known for its red sandstone architecture. Arrive at Agra where an Indian Horizons guide will be waiting to guide you to the Agra Fort and then to beautiful Taj Mahal. Have an overnight stay at Agra. It should be noted that Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
Day 19: Agra – Delhi
Post breakfast you will go on a morning excursion to Sikandra, the tomb of Akbar. Built by Empress Noor Jahan, wife of Jehangir, Itamad-Ud-Daula’s Tomb will be your next place of interest in Sikandra. Then visit the Agra Fort in Agra followed by a sunset visit at the Taj Mahal to admire the sunset view of the wonderful monument. In the evening you will get transferred to the railway station to board a train to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi and check in at the hotel. Have an overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 20: Delhi Departure
On the last day of your India Wildlife Temple Tour you will get transferred to the airport to board a flight to home or your further destination.
